In 2020 Special Teams Coordinator, Assisted with the Quarterbacks at Dillard High School. Undefeated 6-0 Season. Tri County 1A-6A State Championship defeating North Miami Beach. Dillard High School finished the Year Ranked #9 in the State of Florida. ​

In 2019 Special Teams Coordinator, Running Game Coordinator, Quarterback Coach and Defensive Analyst at Dillard High School FL. Finish the Season 6A District Champions 12-1 losing to the #21 Rank Team in the Nation Miami Central High School. Record setting year with the 1st Team in Dillard High School history to go undefeated going 10-0 in the Regular Season.

 

In 2018 Wide Receiver and KR/PR Specialist at Dillard High School FL. Finish the Season 6A District Champions 8-3 and losing in the Playoffs to the #11 Rank Team in the Nation Miami Central High School.

In June of 2014 - December 2017 Coach Tally Adams was the Head Football Coach/Offensive Coordinator/Secondary Coach/Return Specialist at Stranahan High School in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Finish with a 15-23 Record with a 2017 Airo 7 on 7 State Championship and a 2017 Airo 7 on 7 National Championship with a 33-7 Record. Coach Tally Adams was also asked to be Sponsored by Battle Sports by CEO Chris Circo after winning those Championships. Coach Adams was also the 2014 Defensive Coordinator for the South Team in the South/North All Star Game defeating the North 10-7. He had 5 Stranahan players playing in this game with 1 player Valantino Jean, Free Safety winning the Defensive MVP Trophy.  He had 2 Players that played in the Dade/ Broward All Star Game. In 2015-2017 he had 3 Players each year to play in the BCAA All Star Game. In 2016 he had 1 Player to play in the Dade/Broward All Star Game and 3 Players to play in the 2017 Dade/Broward All Star Game. While Head Football Coach at Stranahan High 50 Football Players received Football Scholarships.

Tally Adams began his third season in at Bethune-Cookman 2012 as assistant for offensive quality control under Head Coach Brian Jenkins, also assisting with the wide receivers in 2011 and 2012. Adams helped Bethune Cookman to a 27-8 Record. In 2012 Bethune-Cookman University went 8-0 in Conference play, it was the first time in school history to go 8-0 in Conference play.

In his two seasons with the Wildcats, B-CU had built an 18-5 record. Adams served as part of the offensive staff guiding the Wildcats to consecutive NCAA Division I FCS No. 12 Rankings in total offense (425.6 yards in 2010, 435.3 in 2011). During the same span, B-CU ranked among the national leaders in scoring offense; second in 2010 (38.2 PPG) and 15th in 2011 (33.9 PPG), leading the nation in turnover margin in 2010 (+2.25).

Adams was hired in spring 2010 as the defensive quality control assistant, aiding Defensive Coordinator Charles "Yogi" Jones with the linebackers, joining the Wildcats on their run to a 10-2 record, first-ever HBCU National Championship, shared Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) title and first NCAA Playoff appearance since 2003. Adams worked alongside Coach Jones in the development of AII-MEAC performers Ryan Lewis, Reggie Sandilands and Jarkevis Fields.

Adams came to B-CU after two years as an assistant coach at Warner Christian Academy (2008-09), where he coached wide receivers, linebackers and defensive backs, while serving as offensive and defensive passing game coordinator. In that span, WCHS recorded 46 interceptions and finished as District Champs and State Runner-Up both seasons 2008 and 2009.

In 2007-2008 Adams help Coach Semi Pro Football as a Quarterback Coach and Wide Receiver Coach for the Daytona Beach Vikings.

In 2006, Adams helped coach Pop Warner football with the Port Orange (FL.) Senior Midgets (age 13-15) as Defensive Coordinator, while also coaching shot put and discus, and assisting with sprinters, as an Assistant Track & Field Coach at Atlantic (Daytona Beach, Fla.) High school Adams helped coach sprinter Curtis Mitchell, who went on to become the 2010 NCAA Indoor 200m Champion at Texas A&M before turning professional in 2011 and winning 2013 USA World Championship Bronze Medalist, 2013 USA 200 meter Silver Medalist and 2014 USA 200 Meter Champion.

In 2005-06, Adams coached defensive backs and return specialists at Atlantic and 2004-05 New Smyrna Beach High School where he helped the NSB Barracudas to 17 interceptions, while also coaching sprints in track & field and held teaching duties, coaching defensive backs in the 2004 Volusia County Fun Coast All-Star Game. Adams has aided over 150 student-athletes in earning college scholarships and began his Coaching Career Coaching Running Backs as a Student Assistant at Union College (Ky.) in 2003.

Professional Football Career: Tally Adams was in the 2003 NFL Draft. Signed with Manchester Wolves, AFL 2 in 2004, Signed with Daytona Beach Hawgs, NIFL in 2005, Signed with Daytona Beach Thunder, AIFL in 2006 Tally Adams played Wide Receiver at Bethune-Cookman College before transferring to Union College in Kentucky to play Defensive Back and was named to Don Hansen's Football Gazette's NAIA All-American Team (CB, 2000; SS, 2001; FS, 2002). Adams earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education in 2004.
